ProsBlack Bear hotel truly exceeded our expectations during our stay in Gatlinburg. The location, just a stone's throw away from Cherokee National Park entrance, was absolutely perfect for our adventure-filled road trip through Clingman's Dome and beyond. The attentive staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, offering impeccable service and understanding even when we cut our stay short. The spacious and clean rooms, complete with a comfortable bed and Disability Access shower, provided a much-needed retreat after a day of exploration. The highlight was the peaceful atmosphere, thanks to the separate pool area that ensured a quiet night's rest. Black Bear offers exceptional value for money, making it a top choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg.
